Jeddah Motor Show Showcases Electric Vehicles and Smart Mobility as 20th Edition Concludes

JEDDAH, November 7, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — The 20th Jeddah International Motor Show is set to conclude on Saturday, bringing together international automakers, new vehicle models and advanced mobility technologies, with attendance expected to exceed 10,000 visitors.
The exhibition, held from November 4 to 7 at the Jeddah International Exhibition and Convention Center, features automotive manufacturers and dealerships from Europe, the Americas and Asia, alongside companies specializing in logistics, lubricants and vehicle auctions, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
This year's event has provided a platform for manufacturers to introduce new vehicles and showcase models making their regional debut, with electric vehicles and smart mobility systems among the main areas of focus.
The exhibition brings together four major powertrain categories: conventional internal combustion engines, hybrid systems, fully electric vehicles and extended-range electric vehicles.
SPA described the combined presentation of these technologies as a first for a motor show in the Middle East, allowing visitors to compare different vehicle technologies within a single exhibition.
Beyond vehicle displays, dedicated closed tracks offer visitors opportunities to experience test drives and assess vehicle performance. Interactive virtual reality and digital simulation areas are also available for families and younger visitors.
The event reflects the growing role of alternative-energy vehicles in the regional automotive market, with clean-energy transport and sustainable mobility solutions forming part of the exhibition's broader program.
These developments are aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 objectives, which include expanding domestic automotive manufacturing capabilities and supporting the localization of the electric vehicle industry.
The exhibition also provides an opportunity for international manufacturers and regional dealerships to present technologies and products to the Saudi market.
