Riyadh, March 10, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Israel said it had launched a second wave of strikes in the Iranian capital, Tehran, while also targeting a southern suburb of Beirut.
The Israeli military said earlier Tuesday it carried out strikes in Tehran and the northwestern Iranian city of Tabriz.
According to the military, the first wave targeted central command centers where operatives linked to Iran’s leadership were located.
Israeli forces also said they struck a military site and a large compound in Tabriz belonging to the Basij.
The Israeli military said the strikes were aimed at damaging what it described as the operational capabilities and core infrastructure of the Iranian government.
In a later statement, Israel said it was also carrying out strikes in Dahieh, a southern suburb of Beirut, targeting infrastructure linked to the Iran-backed group Hezbollah.
