RIYADH, December 25 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The falconry section at the Northern Borders Region’s pavilion attracted strong visitor interest at an exhibition organised by the Ministry of Interior, with attendees gathering to view the falcons and learn about the region’s cultural heritage.
Visitors were seen taking commemorative photographs with the falcons on display and engaging with information presented on falconry traditions, which hold a longstanding place in northern Saudi Arabia.
Organisers said the section has emerged as one of the pavilion’s main attractions due to falconry’s cultural and historical significance, with falcons regarded as a key symbol of identity in the Northern Borders Region.
The falconry section forms part of the Northern Borders Region’s participation in the exhibition, aimed at offering visitors an interactive experience that highlights local heritage and reinforces national identity through the presentation of traditional practices.
