Bahrain Reports Interception of Iranian Missile and Drone Attacks

RIYADH, June 10 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - Bahrain’s Defence Force reported on Wednesday that it intercepted a number of Iranian strikes, as regional attacks widened following U.S. military action against Iran.
The Defence Force condemned missile and drone attacks targeting civilians in Bahrain and described them as a violation of international humanitarian law.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps earlier reported that it had targeted the U.S. Fifth Fleet in Bahrain.
Video geolocated by CNN appeared to show a flash from the vicinity of the U.S. naval facility in Manama.
Iran also reported an attack on a U.S. base in Jordan, where authorities reported the interception of five missiles.
Kuwaiti authorities also reported the interception of hostile aerial targets.
The attacks came after the United States launched strikes on Iran in response to the downing of a U.S. Army helicopter.
