Almarai named Platinum Sponsor of Saudi Environment Week, honoured at Riyadh opening ceremony

RIYADH, May 5 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi food and dairy company Almarai is participating in Saudi Environment Week, held in Riyadh from May 3 to 9, 2026, an event organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture under the theme “Your Impact is Green”.

The week – long event aims to raise environmental awareness, protect natural resources and highlight national initiatives that support sustainability and quality of life.

At the opening ceremony, Almarai was recognized for its contributions to environmental and social initiatives. The company serves as Platinum Sponsor of Saudi Environment Week, reflecting its support for national efforts in the environmental and social space.

Almarai also holds a secondary role as Sponsor of Children’s health and Environmental Sustainability within the exhibition, a positioning the company says underscores the connection between healthy nutrition, food security and quality of life.

The company said its participation is aligned with its corporate social responsibility strategy, which focuses on integrating healthy nutrition, children’s wellbeing and environmental sustainability through practical initiatives aimed at direct community impact.
