RIYADH, May 11 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Monday that nearly 20 countries are at various stages of interest in drone deal with Ukraine, with four agreements already signed and the first contracts under those agreements now being prepared.

“Nearly 20 countries are currently involved at various stages: 4 agreements have already been signed, and the first contracts under these agreements are now being prepared”. – PRESIDENT VOLODYMYR ZELENSKYY, POST ON X

Since the outbreak of the Iran war in late February, Zelenskyy has leveraged Ukraine’s expertise in drone warfare into a series of diplomatic deals across the Middle East and Europe.

Zelenskyy said Ukraine has already begun receiving the necessary volume of fuel thanks to the agreements, without elaborating. He said he hopes drone diplomacy can help secure energy – supply deals with Middle Eastern states as well as markets for Ukraine’s agricultural produce.
