RIYADH, April 24 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - Saudi Arabia’s Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority urged businesses to submit zakat and income tax returns for foreign establishments for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2025, by April 30, 2026.
The authority said the deadline was in line with rules requiring taxpayers to submit returns and meet financial obligations within 120 days of the end of their fiscal year.
ZATCA called on businesses to use its e-services portal to complete filings on time and avoid late penalties.
It said support was available through its 24-hour unified call centre, social media account, live chat services and email.
