World Defense Show Announces Strategic Partnerships at Eurosatory 2026

PARIS, June 16 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - World Defense Show announced new strategic partnerships during its participation at Eurosatory 2026 in Paris, as preparations continue for the fourth edition of the defense event in Riyadh in January 2028.
World Defense Show, organized by the General Authority for Military Industries, is taking part in Eurosatory from June 15 to 19.
The participation aims to engage leading global companies and present updates on World Defense Show 2028, which has seen strong early international interest more than 19 months before its launch.
World Defense Show signed an agreement with Global Affairs Canada to establish the first Canadian National Pavilion at WDS 2028.
The pavilion will provide a dedicated platform for Canadian defense and security companies to engage with global stakeholders in Riyadh.
The show also signed an agreement with Development East Manufacturing Holding Co., which will join WDS 2028 as a Premium Partner.
World Defense Show CEO Andrew Pearcey said the event was designed to serve as more than a traditional exhibition platform by bringing together governments, industry leaders, innovators and strategic partners.
The third edition of World Defense Show, held in Riyadh in February 2026, welcomed 1,486 exhibitors from 89 countries, 513 official delegations from 121 countries and 137,000 visitors.
The 2026 edition also featured participation from all top 10 global defense companies and more than 60 of the world’s top 100 defense firms.
World Defense Show 2026 recorded SAR33 billion in orders and announcements during the event.
Preparations for World Defense Show 2028 will continue throughout 2026 and 2027, with further announcements on themes and programming expected from early 2027.
