Women’s Affairs Agency Reports Over 206,000 Beneficiaries of Services at Grand Mosque in Safar 1447 AH

Makkah, September 18, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, through the Women’s Affairs Agency, reported that it provided 118,699 religious guidance and counseling services to female visitors during the month of Safar 1447 AH. The services included educational and awareness programs, as well as responses to various inquiries.


The agency also organized 17,563 Quranic reading sessions, giving participants the opportunity to recite, reflect, and study the sciences of the Holy Quran in an integrated, faith-based environment tailored to the needs of women visiting the Grand Mosque.


In the field of volunteer work, women’s volunteer teams contributed effectively, benefiting 70,327 individuals. This brought the total number of beneficiaries of the agency’s services during the month to 206,889.
