ALULA, November 30, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Representatives from the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation and the Equestrian Development team at the Royal Commission for AlUla crowned the winners of the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation Endurance Cup, a 120-kilometer race held on Saturday.
Issa Al-Mazroui took first place, followed by Khalifa Al-Amimi in second and Tamim Al-Marri in third.
The race included 270 riders from 18 countries and received commendation from the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) for its organization ahead of the FEI World Championship, which AlUla is scheduled to host in November 2026.
FEI Endurance Director Christina Abu-Dayyeh said new technology implemented for the first time in global endurance racing provided the public with real-time data on horse speeds and veterinary checks. She added that the innovation resulted from continued collaboration between the FEI, the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation, and the Royal Commission for AlUla.
