UAE’s Sheikh Mansour meets Saudi Defence Minister Prince Khalid in Riyadh
RIYADH, September 29, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — UAE Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan met Saudi Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman in Riyadh on Tuesday to discuss relations between their countries and ways to strengthen cooperation across various fields, WAM reported.
The two discussed developing UAE-Saudi relations in support of both countries’ interests and the prosperity of their peoples. No specific agreements were announced in the account of the meeting.
Sheikh Mansour, who is also chairman of the UAE Presidential Court, was received by Prince Khalid at King Khalid International Airport on arrival for the visit.
His delegation included Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, secretary-general of the Supreme Council for National Security; Ali Saeed Matar Al Neyadi, chairman of the National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority; and Dr. Nasser Humaid Al Nuaimi, secretary-general of the Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement.
