UAE President, Jordan’s King Abdullah discuss regional developments, condemn Iranian attacks

Riyadh, February 28, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a phone call today with Jordan’s King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein to discuss regional developments, including Iranian attacks targeting the UAE, Jordan and other countries.
The two leaders condemned the attacks and said they carry serious implications for regional security and stability, describing them as a violation of state sovereignty, international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
They called for an immediate halt to escalatory actions and a return to dialogue and diplomatic solutions to safeguard regional security and prevent further instability.
