Trump Says U.S. Destroyed Dozens of Iranian Naval Vessels

Washington, March 12, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — U.S. President Donald Trump said the United States has destroyed 58 Iranian naval ships and 31 minelayer vessels during the ongoing conflict with Iran.
Speaking at an event in Hebron, Kentucky, Trump told supporters the U.S. military had significantly weakened Iran’s naval capabilities.
“You never like to say too early you won. We won,” Trump said during the rally, adding that the outcome had effectively been decided within the first hour of operations.
Trump also indicated that U.S. military operations would continue until objectives are fully achieved.
“We're not leaving until that job is finished and it's going to be very fast,” he said.
