Saudi, Qatari ministers discuss regional stability, U.S.-Iran MoU

MANAMA, June 25 — Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan met Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani to discuss bilateral cooperation and regional stability, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the joint ministerial meeting between Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the United States.
The two ministers reviewed cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Qatar and discussed the latest regional developments, as well as efforts to enhance security and stability.
They also reviewed the latest developments related to the Memorandum of Understanding between the United States and Iran, including its implications for security and stability in the region.
