Saudi Padel Federation signs agreement to launch university padel league in 2026

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, June 24 — The Saudi Padel Federation signed a cooperation agreement with the Saudi University Sports Federation to support the growth of padel across universities.
The agreement aims to expand the sport through university tournaments and competitions, and includes the launch of the first university padel league in 2026.
The Saudi Padel Federation was represented at the signing by its Chairman Muqrin bin Mohammed Al-Muqrin, while the Saudi University Sports Federation was represented by its Chairman Dr. Khalid bin Saleh Al-Muraini.
The agreement includes cooperation in organizing university sports tournaments and events, holding educational seminars and development courses, and exchanging expertise between the two federations.
It also aims to build capacity, discover and develop sports talent, strengthen university sports competition and raise the level of university participation at local and international levels.
