Saudi National Team Leaves for U.S. Camp Ahead of FIFA World Cup 2026

RIYADH, May 25 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — The Saudi national football team left Riyadh for the United States on Monday to begin its training camp ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
The first phase of the camp will be held in New York City until May 31 and will include a friendly match against Ecuador on May 30.
The second phase will take place in Austin, Texas, and run until June 9.
Saudi Arabia will play Puerto Rico on June 5 and Senegal on June 9 during the Austin phase of the camp.
The team will officially enter the tournament phase on June 10 and will be based in Austin during the World Cup.
Saudi Arabia was drawn in Group H alongside Spain, Uruguay and Cabo Verde.
