RIYADH, August 16 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received Yemen’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs Dr. Afrah Al-Zouba at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh and congratulated her on taking office.
Prince Faisal expressed his intention to continue working with the Yemeni foreign minister in support of the two countries’ interests and regional stability.
The meeting reviewed relations between Saudi Arabia and Yemen and reaffirmed the Kingdom’s position in support of Yemen’s security, stability and people. The two officials also discussed regional developments and other issues of mutual interest.
Saudi Ambassador to Yemen and Supervisor General of the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen Mohammed Al-Jaber attended the meeting.
