RIYADH, August 13 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Saudi investor Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Jalban has invested approximately SAR 6 million in falcon breeding, production and purchases, including the acquisition of a Canadian breeding farm.

Al Jalban later established a farm in Saudi Arabia that now houses more than 100 falcons. He said the business prioritizes the quality of its birds over production volume.

The investor said he recovered his initial capital during the first year, compared with an international benchmark of about three years.

Al Jalban credited support and regulation by the National Center for Falcons, along with links between breeding and competitions, with increasing the sector’s commercial appeal. He also identified international expansion as a potential market for Saudi-bred falcons.
