Saudi Industry Forum Showcases Robotics and AI Manufacturing Systems in Jeddah
JEDDAH, September 17, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Industrial and service robots were demonstrated at the Saudi Industry Forum 2026 in Jeddah, highlighting the use of automation and artificial intelligence in manufacturing, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Saudi and international companies specializing in automation and smart manufacturing presented robotic systems at the Jeddah Superdome. Live demonstrations showed the systems performing industrial tasks and supporting the management of warehouses and production lines.
The technologies on display also used artificial intelligence to analyze data and optimize industrial processes, according to SPA.
Robotics and AI were among the forum’s main themes, alongside manufacturing technologies associated with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The displays focused on how these systems can support production efficiency and factory competitiveness.
The event placed the technologies within Saudi Arabia’s wider plans to expand advanced manufacturing under Vision 2030.
