Saudi foreign minister takes part in Antalya meeting on regional developments

RIYADH, April 18 — Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan took part in a quadrilateral ministerial meeting in Antalya attended by the foreign ministers of Pakistan, Egypt and Türkiye, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The ministers discussed the latest regional developments, including support for Pakistan’s mediation efforts and its push for a permanent ceasefire between Iran and the United States.
According to the report, the efforts were aimed at helping de-escalate tensions and avoiding what the ministers described as serious security and economic repercussions of war for the region and the wider world.
