Saudi Falcons Club unveils 2026 events calendar with 120 days of heritage and tourism activity


RIYADH, April 27 — The Saudi Falcons Club has announced its 2026 calendar of major events, featuring around 120 days of activities aimed at promoting national heritage and strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for falconry.


The calendar opens with the International Falcon Breeders Auction from Aug. 5 to 25, with participation from leading local and international breeders and falcon farms.


It will be followed by the Saudi Falcons Club Auction for locally captured falcons, running from Oct. 1 to Nov. 30 to coincide with the migration and capture season.


The International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition, described by organizers as the largest event of its kind globally, will take place from Oct. 1 to 10 at the Riyadh Exhibitions and Conferences Center in Malham.


Melwah Racing is scheduled for Oct. 4 to 9, with falconers competing across categories for prize money and titles.


The King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival, billed as the world’s largest gathering of falcons, will run from Nov. 17 to 30 and offer prizes exceeding SAR38 million.


The season will conclude with the Falcons Club Cup from Dec. 21 to 28.
