Riyadh, Jan 12, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia’s delivery sector recorded more than 124 million orders in the fourth quarter of 2025, up 60% from the same period a year earlier, according to a statistical bulletin issued by the Transport General Authority (TGA).

The authority attributed the growth to ongoing development in the sector, including innovation in logistics services, wider use of technological solutions and rising reliance on e-commerce, which has boosted demand for delivery services.

Riyadh accounted for the largest share of orders at 44.45%, followed by Makkah at 22.17% and the Eastern Region at 15.9%, the bulletin said.

Madinah accounted for 4.95% of orders, followed by Aseer with 3.31%, Qassim with 2.62%, Tabuk with 1.81%, Hail with 1.67% and Jazan with 1.13%.

Other regions included Najran at 0.68%, Al-Jouf at 0.61%, Northern Borders at 0.49% and Al-Baha at 0.21%, it said.
