Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman Meets Iran’s Ali Larijani in Riyadh

Riyadh, September 16, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, met today in Riyadh with Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani.

The two officials reviewed Saudi-Iranian relations and discussed regional developments, focusing on efforts to enhance security and stability. They also addressed a number of issues of mutual interest, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

The meeting was attended by Minister of State, Cabinet Member and National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban, President of the General Intelligence Presidency Khalid Al-Humaidan, and other senior Saudi officials. From the Iranian side, attendees included Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Alireza Enayati and other officials.
