Saudi defence minister meets Pakistan army chief in Istanbul

ISTANBUL, Aug 31 (SAUDI ARABIA BREAKING NEWS) - Saudi Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz met Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Asim Munir in Istanbul on the sidelines of the first meeting of the Strategic Political and Defence Committee established under the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement.
The meeting focused on opportunities for military and defence cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
Regional developments and ongoing efforts to address them were also discussed.
