Saudi Crown Prince, Kuwait Emir discuss regional security, exchange Eid greetings

Riyadh, March 19, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, held a phone call on Thursday with His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait.
The two leaders exchanged Eid al-Fitr greetings, wishing security, stability and prosperity for both countries and their peoples.
During the call, they reviewed developments in the region and their implications for security and stability.
They also stressed that repeated Iranian attacks targeting Gulf Cooperation Council countries and critical infrastructure represent a serious escalation threatening regional security, affirming that GCC states will continue to deploy all efforts and resources to defend their territories and maintain stability.
