Saudi Aramco receives ‘High-Performance Company’ award from Willis Towers Watson

Riyadh, October 10, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Aramco has received the “High-Performance Company” designation from Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory firm specializing in human capital and risk management.

The recognition places Aramco among 29 companies worldwide, out of more than 500 Willis Towers Watson clients, acknowledged for excellence in employee experience.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, Senior Vice President of Human Resources Faisal Al-Hajji accepted the award and said the recognition reflects Aramco’s commitment to maintaining a strong work environment. He said employee dedication played a key role in achieving the distinction.

Aramco said the award marks a milestone as the company is the first oil and gas producer and the first Middle East–based firm to receive the title. It added that employee experience remains a strategic focus within its human resources programs aimed at enhancing engagement and performance.

Willis Towers Watson’s “High-Performance Company” program recognizes organizations that demonstrate exceptional results in workforce effectiveness, productivity, and organizational health.
