Riyadh, March 25, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia welcomed the U.N. Human Rights Council’s adoption by consensus of a resolution on the human rights implications of what it described as unjustified Iranian attacks on Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan, the Saudi Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.
The ministry said the adoption of the resolution during the council’s 61st session reflected unified international rejection of the attacks and condemnation of what it described as grave human rights violations.
In its statement, the ministry renewed Saudi Arabia’s condemnation of the Iranian attacks on the Kingdom and other states in the region, saying they represented a flagrant violation of state sovereignty, territorial integrity and international law.
