Saudi Arabia Retains ARADO Executive Council Chairmanship for 2026–2028

CAIRO, August 28 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Saudi Arabia will retain the chairmanship of the Arab Organization for Administrative Development’s Executive Council for the 2026–2028 term after receiving the approval of all member states.
The decision was adopted during the organization’s 59th Ordinary General Assembly session at ARADO’s headquarters in Cairo on August 27. Saudi Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi participated alongside ministers and representatives of the General Assembly’s member states.
The assembly reviewed the implementation of decisions adopted at its previous session and examined reports on ARADO’s achievements in 2024 and 2025. Members also discussed budget plans for 2025 and 2026, including activities, events and training programs.
The meeting addressed the selection of General Assembly members to serve on the Financial and Administrative Oversight Committee in 2027 and 2028. Member states also presented successful administrative experiences and exchanged expertise and practices in administrative development.
