Riyadh, Jan 9 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the Package Preference Phase on the Nusuk Hajj platform for the 1447 AH (2026) Hajj season, targeting pilgrims from countries included in the Direct Hajj Program, the ministry said.
The phase allows prospective pilgrims to review and compare available service packages based on content, service level and cost. Users can select and rank up to five preferred packages before the official booking window opens. The ministry said the initiative is intended to help pilgrims make informed decisions while giving service providers early insight into demand for the upcoming season.
Nusuk Hajj includes features such as package comparison tools, indicators showing package popularity, installment payment options through a digital wallet and access to an officially accredited list of service providers.
The ministry urged eligible pilgrims to register or update their information on the platform and to verify the accuracy of personal data and documentation. Pilgrims may also add family members to the same application to facilitate verification and speed up approval procedures.
Authorities reiterated that Nusuk Hajj is the sole official platform for pilgrims from countries under the Direct Hajj Program. The ministry warned against dealing with unauthorized intermediaries or unaccredited service providers, noting that all payments and bookings must be completed exclusively through Nusuk.
The announcement applies only to countries covered by the Direct Hajj Program. Hajj procedures in other countries follow their respective approved channels in accordance with local regulations.
