Saudi Arabia offers condolences to DR Congo after mine collapse kills more than 226

Riyadh, February 2, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia extended condolences to Democratic Republic of the Congo after the collapse of a mineral mine in Rubaya in the country’s east killed more than 226 workers.
Saudi Arabia also expressed solidarity with the Congolese government and people following the incident.
