Saudi Arabia Launches Electronic Power of Attorney Service for Business Sector

Riyadh, October 1, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani has directed the launch of a new electronic power of attorney service for the business sector through the Najiz Business portal.

The initiative is designed to support the business community and streamline judicial transactions, providing a faster and more efficient process for company representatives.

The service, part of the Kingdom’s broader digital transformation efforts, enhances the business environment by allowing company representatives to issue powers of attorney electronically at any time. Officials said the new system is accessible 24/7 through the Najiz portal, requiring only a few simple steps.
