Saudi Arabia intercepts two ballistic missiles targeting Eastern Region

RIYADH, March 18, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia intercepted and destroyed two ballistic missiles launched toward the Eastern Region, the Ministry of Defense said on Wednesday.
Major General Turki Al-Maliki, the ministry’s official spokesperson, confirmed that the missiles were neutralized before impact.
No injuries or damage were immediately reported.
