Saudi Arabia hosted 19.5 million foreign pilgrims and Umrah performers in 2025, with satisfaction above 90% – Adaa

Riyadh, February 2, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia received 19.5 million pilgrims and Umrah performers from abroad in 2025 and recorded a satisfaction rate exceeding 90% for services provided, according to National Center for Performance Measurement of Public Entities (Adaa).
The figures reflect the expansion and development of services for pilgrims and Umrah performers in line with Saudi Vision 2030 targets.
Pilgrim Experience Program reported satisfaction rates of 91% among pilgrims and 94% among Umrah performers, covering improvements across both the Hajj and Umrah seasons.
The program cited coordinated work by more than 60 entities to deliver integrated services.
It also referenced direct support and guidance from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, describing service to pilgrims and Umrah performers as a priority.
