RIYADH, September 9 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - Saudi Arabia strongly condemned continued Iranian attacks on Jordan and called for an immediate halt to Iran’s attacks against the kingdom and other countries in the region, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
The ministry reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s solidarity with Jordan and its people over any measures taken in response to the attacks.
It described the attacks as unjustified and a flagrant violation of international law and the principles of good neighborliness. The ministry also called for serious, concerted efforts to achieve security and stability for countries and peoples across the region.
