Saudi Arabia Condemns Attack Targeting UAE Consulate in Iraq’s Kurdistan Region

Riyadh, March 10, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia strongly condemned an attack targeting the UAE Consulate General in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, according to a statement carried by Saudi Press Agency.
The ministry said the repeated targeting of diplomatic premises constitutes a clear violation of international laws and norms, including the Fourth Geneva Convention.
Saudi Arabia also stressed the importance of respecting the inviolability of diplomatic missions.
The ministry expressed the kingdom’s solidarity with the United Arab Emirates following the incident.
