Saudi Arabia Condemns Attack on French UNIFIL Troops In Southern Lebanon

RIYADH, April 19 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned Saturday an attack targeting the French contingent of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) in southern Lebanon, which killed one French soldier and wounded several others.
The ministry reaffirmed the Kingdom's rejection of all forms of violence and reiterated its support for UNIFIL, stressing the importance of holding the perpetrators accountable and ensuring a deterrent punishment, noting the recurrence of such attacks.
Saudi Arabia extended its condolences to the government and people of France and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
