The event showcased the diversity of Saudi coffee preparation, with each region distinguished by unique roasting methods and ingredients.

Regional Highlights:

• Northern Saudi Arabia: Deep, dark roast prepared over fire, enriched with cardamom.

• Eastern region: Medium roast flavored with cardamom and saffron.

• Southern region: Light roast infused with cloves, cinnamon, ginger, alongside cardamom and saffron.

• Central region: Prepared with cardamom and saffron.

• Western region: Distinguished by the addition of mastic.
