Riyadh to host MOMENTUM Development Finance Conference under the patronage of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman

RIYADH, November 24, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Development Fund (NDF), Riyadh will host the Development Finance Conference “MOMENTUM” from December 9 to 11 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center.

Organized by the NDF under the theme “Leading Development Transformation,” the high-level conference aims to support the strategic directions of the NDF and its affiliated development funds and banks by enriching the development sector, enhancing ecosystem efficiency, and strengthening the sector’s ability to meet national priorities.

NDF Vice Chairman Mohammed Al-Tuwaijri expressed appreciation for the Crown Prince’s patronage, describing the MOMENTUM Conference as a reflection of the comprehensive national transformation led by the Kingdom.

He said the event serves as a strategic platform that unifies efforts, opens new prospects for partnerships, and advances development finance at both national and global levels.

Al-Tuwaijri noted that “MOMENTUM 2025 is more than a conference. It represents a new path for comprehensive and sustainable development,” adding that the event aims to maximize developmental impact on society and the environment while showcasing the Kingdom’s growing global presence in development transformation.

According to the NDF, the conference will highlight the pivotal role of the private sector and SMEs within the development finance ecosystem as key drivers of economic growth, job creation, and competitiveness in line with Vision 2030.

The event is expected to host princes, ministers, senior officials, CEOs, global leaders, development experts, and economists, featuring more than 100 speakers from over 120 international and national entities.

The MOMENTUM Conference underscores the role of the NDF as a key enabler of development in Saudi Arabia through its 12 affiliated development funds and banks. It also supports coordination among development finance institutions and fosters partnerships across the public and private sectors to ensure optimal resource utilization and advance the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
