The Spanish queen once again demonstrated her commitment to sustainable fashion by rewearing a long-standing wardrobe favourite for the 15th anniversary of Ethic magazine.

Queen Letizia stepped out in one of her signature recycled looks as she attended the 15th anniversary celebration of Ethic magazine at the Ortega-Marañón Foundation headquarters in Madrid.

For the occasion, Queen Letizia wore a jade-green sleeveless dress by Hugo Boss, a design that has been part of her wardrobe for several years and reflects her well-known commitment to sustainable fashion through outfit repetition.

The elegant midi dress featured a round neckline, exposed seam detailing, a belted waist with a black buckle and a subtle front slit, creating a modern yet understated silhouette.

She paired the look with black slingback kitten heels and her black "Victoria" satchel by Carolina Herrera, coordinating the accessories with the dress's belt for a refined monochrome finish.

Keeping her styling minimal, the Queen completed the ensemble with a pair of triple-hoop earrings by Spanish jewellery brand Gold & Roses.

Queen Letizia has become one of Europe's strongest advocates for sustainable royal fashion, frequently repeating both designer and high-street pieces at official engagements while promoting conscious consumption and timeless style.

Her appearance at the anniversary event highlighted not only her longstanding support for cultural initiatives but also her continued preference for elegant wardrobe recycling over constantly introducing new designs.
