DOHA, July 27, Saudi Arabia Breaking News – Qatar condemned attempted drone attacks targeting oil facilities in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Region and Riyadh, confirming that the aircraft came from Iraqi territory.
The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the attacks as a flagrant violation of Saudi sovereignty and a threat to the Kingdom’s security, stability and territorial integrity.
The ministry also characterized the attacks as a breach of international law, the United Nations Charter and the principles of good neighborliness.
Qatar reaffirmed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and expressed support for all legitimate measures taken by the Kingdom to protect its sovereignty, security and territorial integrity.
