MADINAH, Oct 2 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Imam Sheikh Abdullah Al-Buaijan highlighted contentment with divine decree as a foundation for inner peace during Friday’s sermon at the Prophet’s Mosque, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Sheikh Al-Buaijan warned against greed and envy, saying material wealth alone does not bring contentment or inner richness.
He said contentment should not be understood as helplessness or neglect of work, but as a balance between pursuing one’s livelihood and maintaining reliance on Allah.
The imam also urged compassion toward people in need and cautioned against ostentatious displays of wealth that could hurt those who are less fortunate.
