Milan, December 12 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Prada Group has announced the global launch of a new collection developed in collaboration with LIDCOM and LIDKAR, as part of an initiative focused on cultural exchange and skills development within the fashion industry.

The project was developed through cooperation between the Italian luxury group and Indian partners, with an emphasis on craftsmanship and knowledge sharing. According to the company, the collaboration aims to go beyond the creation of a commercial product by supporting longer-term training programs for artisans.

Lorenzo Bertelli, head of corporate social responsibility at Prada Group, said the initiative reflects a commitment to developing professional training opportunities that support Indian artisans and help ensure the continuity of their craftsmanship in a changing global industry.

The group said the planned training programs are intended to strengthen technical skills, promote sustainable practices, and integrate traditional expertise into contemporary production frameworks.

The collection will make its global debut in February and will be distributed through 40 selected Prada stores worldwide, as well as on the company’s official e-commerce platform.

Prada Group has previously stated that it is expanding initiatives linked to education, sustainability, and responsible supply chain practices as part of its broader corporate social responsibility strategy.
