Pakistan Condemns Houthi Threats Against Saudi Arabia and Red Sea Shipping

PARIS, July 22, Saudi Arabia Breaking News – Pakistan on Wednesday condemned Houthi threats against Saudi Arabia and commercial vessels operating in the Red Sea, warning that they could undermine regional security, freedom of navigation and global trade.
Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said threats against vessels engaged in legitimate commercial activities with the Kingdom were unacceptable and violated international law and the established maritime order.
The ministry expressed concern over reports that ships conducting trade with Saudi Arabia could be targeted and called for the protection of international maritime navigation.
It also urged all parties to respect international law and safeguard the security of commercial vessels operating in the region.
