Pakistan Condemns Drone Attacks on Saudi East-West Oil Pipeline
ISLAMABAD, September 12 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - Pakistan strongly condemned drone attacks on Saudi Arabia’s East-West oil pipeline in Riyadh and Madinah regions, which its Ministry of Foreign Affairs said damaged infrastructure and injured several civilians.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the ministry expressed full solidarity with Saudi Arabia’s leadership, government and people. It reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to the Kingdom’s sovereignty, security, territorial integrity and prosperity.
The ministry described attacks on civilian and critical infrastructure as a flagrant violation of international law and Saudi sovereignty and territorial integrity. It warned that such attacks posed a severe threat to regional peace, security and stability.
Pakistan also reiterated its commitment to supporting initiatives for lasting peace and stability across the region.
