MUSCAT, March 9 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Muscat International Airport said on Monday it continues to receive and facilitate private jet travel, denying reports that business aviation had been restricted to prioritize government flights.
The airport said there was no ban or limit on private jet operations and that it had not issued a message asking operators to avoid scheduling additional flights.
A report by Reuters on Sunday said operators had been advised to avoid using the airport for additional private jet flights in order to give priority to government and commercial traffic, citing a message seen by some operators.
The message was first reported by the Financial Times as regional airspace disruptions continued amid the escalating conflict.
