Morocco’s King Condemns Houthi Attacks in Messages to Saudi Leaders

RABAT, September 27, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Morocco’s King Mohammed VI condemned repeated Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia in messages to King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

“Any attack on Saudi Arabia is an attack on Morocco,” the king said. He condemned attacks on civilian and economic facilities and what he described as attempts to target Makkah and Madinah.

Mohammed VI said the attacks also threatened maritime routes. He cited UN Security Council resolutions 2216 and 2722 in calling for the attacks to stop and reaffirmed Morocco’s support for Saudi Arabia’s security.
