More than 23 million worshippers attend prayers at Prophet’s Mosque in Jumada Al Akhira

MADINAH, December 25 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – More than 23 million worshippers performed prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah during the month of Jumada Al Akhira, according to official statistics.

Figures released by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques showed that 1,319,653 worshippers visited Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa during the same period.

Authorities said a comprehensive system of operational and organisational services was implemented to manage visitor flows, ensure safety and provide a calm and spiritual environment inside the mosque and its courtyards.

The authority said it continues to enhance services at the Prophet’s Mosque, maintain operational readiness and support worshippers and visitors with measures aimed at comfort, security and smooth movement.
