Mawhiba and Kingdom University Sign Agreement to Provide 30 Scholarships for Gifted Students

RIYADH, July 22, Saudi Arabia Breaking News — The King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, known as Mawhiba, and Kingdom University have signed a memorandum of understanding to support gifted students through a merit-based scholarship programme.
The agreement will provide 30 scholarships for Mawhiba students, comprising 10 full scholarships and 20 partial scholarships across several undergraduate programmes offered by the university.
The initiative will enable gifted students to continue their academic development in an international learning environment focused on academic excellence, innovation and preparation for the labour market.
The memorandum was signed on behalf of Kingdom University by Her Royal Highness Princess Reem bint Alwaleed bin Talal, Chairwoman of Kingdom Educational and Chairwoman of Kingdom University.
Mawhiba Secretary-General Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Kraidis signed the agreement on behalf of the foundation.
The partnership aims to attract national talent and prepare a new generation of leaders and innovators capable of contributing to Saudi Arabia’s future.
It also strengthens cooperation between national and educational institutions supporting gifted students, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capability Development Programme.
