Makkah Streets Decorated With Flags and Lights Ahead of National Day Celebrations

Makkah, September 19, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Streets, squares, and tunnels across Makkah have been decorated with flags, lights, and festive designs as part of preparations for Saudi Arabia’s National Day celebrations.

The Holy Makkah Municipality said more than 1,600 flags were installed at strategic locations, while municipal buildings were illuminated in green and digital screens activated with designs reflecting the spirit of the occasion.

In coordination with government entities and the private sector, the municipality also prepared parks, gardens, and public venues to host visitors and provide spaces for celebrations marking the national event.
