MADINAH, July 28, Saudi Arabia Breaking News — The Madinah Dates Season 2026 offers an advanced model for developing the date sector, HRH Princess Sarah bint Bandar bin Abdulaziz said at the event’s opening ceremony, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Princess Sarah, executive director of the International Dates Council and a member of the season’s higher committee, toured participating pavilions showcasing products, initiatives and programs linked to the sector’s development.
“The future of this industry cannot depend on production alone, but on partnership among those who grow, those who invest and those who shape policy,” she said.

The council’s participation forms part of its work to expand international partnerships and support sustainable development, strengthening the date sector’s regional and global position.
